Help Needed: As diverse organisers pushing for radical change, we engage with our community through a complex of education, protests, mediation, support, and conflict resolution. What needs to happen at any given time changes unpredictably and often rapidly, especially when responding to multiple crises or opposing predatory activism taking advantage of crises to build social capital.

Education is at the forefront of the work that we do, and it needs to develop in forms that are accessible to a wide diversity of people, meeting them where they're at. This can be especially difficult when competing with profit-driven social media.

Additionally, education on its own is not enough. It needs to be integrated with protests and demonstrations, and consequently, also integrated with mediation, conflict resolution, and some form of policy building strategies.

Obviously, this can become very complicated and labour intensive. Artists have a very significant role in pressing for social change, now more than ever. If you have any of the following skills, we could use your help:

• Writing (fiction, non-fiction, policy)
• Performance, Cosplay, Story-telling
• General artistic skills
• Social media skills

We also need help with mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
